If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the platform, including but not limited to business owners, administrators, and visitors who access the review collection pages.

Review Booster is a SaaS platform that provides: • Smart QR code-based review collection system • Customer feedback routing based on rating • Multi-location business management • Review analytics and reporting • Industry-specific review templates • Integration with Google Business Profile We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

To use Review Booster, you must: • Create an account with accurate and complete information • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into contracts • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Subscription Plans: • Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions • Pro Plan: ₹2,999/month with enhanced features • Enterprise Plan: ₹7,999/month with premium features Payment Terms: • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

You agree NOT to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Generate fake or fraudulent reviews • Impersonate any person or entity • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use automated tools to access the service without permission • Collect user data without proper consent • Violate Google's review policies or guidelines • Send spam or unsolicited communications • Engage in any activity that could harm our reputation

Ownership: • Review Booster and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Unicorn Fortunes and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your Content: • You retain ownership of any content you submit through the service • By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the service Restrictions: • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

Service Provided "As Is": The service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Google Reviews: We do not control Google's review platform or policies. We cannot guarantee that reviews will be published on Google or that your Google rating will improve. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unicorn Fortunes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Effect of Termination: • Access to the service will be revoked • Outstanding payments remain due • Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation between the parties 2. Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator 3. Binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Chandigarh, India.
